Modifying a floor plan
Many times a customer will look through a book of floor plans and
determine that none of the floor plans will meet their needs. Often
times it is possible to modify an existing floor plan to meet the
design needs for the customer. As you look at floor plans try and
envision what could be changed to make it meet your needs. In truth,
we rarely build a home that comes straight out of the floor plan
pages. When looking to modify, think about rearranging windows,
adding a room off one side of the house, creating vaulted living rooms
with lofts, moving walls and adding bathrooms to an existing plan. If
