Colorado Modular Homes is a very different type of home-builder. We are experts in off-site construction techniques which allow our customers to build a higher quality and more energy efficient home than stick built construction (See our “Better Way to Build” section). We are also vertically integrated which means we have most of the trades and own the equipment required to construct our homes within our company. This allows us to accurately control the schedule and budget for our houses. Many companies in the modular business will simply sell you a lower quality home and then you must go out and find a general contractor to build it for you. At Colorado Modular Homes we are truly full service, building the highest quality homes in Colorado.

Nathan Peterson is the owner of Colorado Modular Homes, which he started in 2005. He holds an Engineering degree from the Colorado School of Mines as well a MBA in Finance and Accounting. He spent the first part of his career working in corporate America and brings that level of organization and process to Colorado Modular Homes. This background, unique in the modular and off-site construction industry, assures for you a dependable and professional experience.
